Texas Rooftop Gets New Owner, Name

Lumos Auto Group acquired Acura of the Rio Grande Valley in San Juan, Texas, and renamed the rooftop to reflect its brand.

Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions represented the seller, Bill Bird, marking Bird’s fourth transaction with the brokerage firm.
