GAC’s newest cars came with a very futuristic aerospace design

The first official pictures were published showing the newest GAC car, which is a test model bearing the name “Space”. It represents the minivan category, i.e. a small truck.

GAC Space operates on hydrogen and is distinguished from the outside by a giant front grille to provide its outer shape with the greatest aerodynamics, and from the inside, it comes with a lounge-like design.

Starting from the outside, the newest GAC cars adopt the silhouette of a minivan that has a tremendous amount of aerodynamics, with a body without prominent lines, the front end is completely covered by a huge grille, which the Chinese company refers to as a “lighted waterfall.” Other features include LED headlights that extend It has a completely horizontal design, derived from Hyundai Staria, and a heavily tilted front windshield.

On the sides, this hydrogen concept car has large tires, and the roof design is inspired by traditional Chinese architecture, but it also allows more space for passengers, and all the way to the rear, the vehicle follows the same appearance of illuminated vertical stripes available in the front to replace the rear window.

One side of the new Chinese car has a standard door and an additional gullwing door providing easy access to the interior, and the cabin is designed in the style of a futuristic living room because this pickup truck is based on the fourth level of self-driving systems that enables it to run on its own without the intervention of a human driver With its movement, the cabin contains a dashboard that includes three screens integrated into one panel, there is a retractable steering wheel and wood accents.

Jack Company (GAC) claims that the interior design is inspired by “a common activity among ancient Chinese intellectuals who usually sit on a meandering stream and compose poems before picking up a floating cup.” Two elegant chairs that can be rotated, and a second-row L-shaped sofa, depict the surroundings of Baiyun and Pearl River, famous landmarks in Guangzhou Province, and dome lights designed to look like clouds.

GAC Space passengers can enjoy different poses, changing the atmosphere, in the Bonfire Circle mode the seats rotate and light up the floor like zigzag flows and the central table rises, and at the more interesting position of the Tea Time Lounge, there is an additional seating area created in the back allowing people to relax and enjoy a cup of tea while outdoors when the hydrogen car is parked.

The Chinese company did not reveal the specifications of the newest mechanical GAC cars but confirmed that it is based on a hydrogen powertrain for the prototype. GAC engine 0.84 kg of hydrogen for 100 km.
