Denver Ferrari Store in New Group

Lithia Motors offloaded a Ferrari dealership to a growing Nebraska-based automotive group.

The Denver store is one of only a few Woodhouse Auto Family dealerships outside its home base of Nebraska. Two others are in Iowa.

Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions facilitated the sale for Lithia, the second transaction it’s handled for the auto retail giant so far this year. The firm also brokered a Porsche store sell in Iowa for Woodhouse last month; Ed Morse Automotive Group picked up the Des Moines dealership.

“Premium and luxury dealerships require a unique understanding of brand standards, customer relationships, and long-term market positioning,” said Pinnacle founder and CEO Bill Scrivner.

Woodhouse, which now has 25 dealerships, will continue to operate its newest dealership as Ferrari of Denver.
