L

The Chevy Traverse L is the first trim in the lineup with a starting MSRP of $29,800. While many SUVs pack a weaker four-cylinder engine, the Traverse L comes standard with a 310-horsepower V6 engine and a nine-speed automatic transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, however, and there’s no option for all-wheel-drive at this level.

In the way of features, you won’t be too disappointed, given the price. Off the bat, you’ll get tri-zone climate control and an infotainment 3 system that includes a 7-inch touchscreen display, Bluetooth, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay and a Wi-Fi hotspot. Six USB ports are spread throughout the vehicle. A rearview camera and teen driver safety system are included as well.

The second trim level is the LS and it also offers all-wheel-drive. The cloth variant of this trim starts at $35,400, or $39,200 if you want all-wheel-drive. A leather variant is available starting at $39,100 for front-wheel-drive or $41,100 for all-wheel-drive.

The driver’s seat features power-adjustable settings and there are second-row captain’s chairs. In the way of safety features, you’ll get blind spot monitoring, rear cross traffic alert, and rear parking sensors. Have easy access to your cargo area with a power tailgate.
